05. Sales policy

INCLUDES 3 PAYMENT POLICIES:

I. STANDARD PAYMENT:

  • Phase 1: 20% payment. Sign the Apartment Sales Contract

  • Phase 2: 5% monthly payment, within 2 months

  • Phase 3 - 11 (9 installments): payment 5%/month

  • Phase 12: 25% payment. Apartment hangover (expected Quarter 4/2024)

  • Phase 13: 5% payment. Receive pink book

 

​II. 70% FAST PAYMENT:

Cash gift: 10%/total price including VAT

 

  • Phase 1: 20% payment. Sign the Apartment Sales Contract

  • Phase 2: 50% payment, within 5 days from phase 1

  • Phase 3: 25% payment. Apartment handover (expected Quarter 4/2024)

  • Phase 4: 5% payment. Receive pink book

***For the initial 70% payment, customers have 2 choices:

  1. Use of Own Capital.

  2. Use banks to support loans: Vietcombank, BIDV, MB bank, Hong Leong bank with loan rate up to 80%, loan term of 35 years (Do not apply the interest rate support program in option 3 at the same time)

III. PAYMENT WITH SUPPORTED INTEREST RATE:

Interest rate support, principal grace period up to 24 months.

For Vietinbank:

  • Phase 1: 20% payment, within 10 days (from deposit). Sign the Apartment Sales Contract

  • Phase 2: bank disburses 50%

  • Phase 3: bank disburses 25%. Apartment handover (expected Quarter 4/2024)

  • Phase 4: bank disburses 5%. Receive pink book (Investors do not support interest rates)

For Vietcombank & BIDV:

  • Phase 1: 30% payment, within 10 days (from deposit). Sign the Apartment Sales Contract

  • Phase 2: bank disburses 40%.

  • Phase 3: bank disburses 25%. Apartment handover (expected Quarter 4/2024)

  • Phase 4: bank disburses 5%. Receive pink book (Investors do not support interest rates)

***PROMOTION FOR FIRST OPENING PHASE:

  • Loyal customers: 1% discount (except for 3 shophouse projects Lovera Park/ Lovera Premium/ Hoja....)

  • Wholesale customers: 1% discount for 3 units or more
